The Korea Foreign Company Association
(FORCA) has done its best to support, uphold and further its member's
rights and has acted as the voice of members since It was established
under the control of Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy in 1977.
Today, Korea's external and domestic situation continues to improve. Foreign companies are investing to Korea in increasing numbers while the barriers against foreign entry into local markets are being steadily removed.
However, there are still many problems faced by foreign companies in Korea which remain to be addressed. Accordingly, the association in cooperation with related institutes as well as government is committed to identifying obstacles encountered by foreign companies in the course of doing business in Korea.
Our organization has built its membership by aligning its goals with those of the foreign business community. For the future, FORCA aims to advance the agenda of our members by promoting their concerns to government and drawing attention to their problems when they arise.
It is our hope that through this brochure you will learn more about our FORCA and eventually join our growing family of members. In numbers lie strength. Your views and input are vital to the continuing health of the foreign business community in Korea.
